ChMeetings Updates For March 2025
ChMeetings continues to evolve with new features that enhance usability, customization, and financial management. Here’s a quick look at the latest improvements introduced in March 2025.
People Management Enhancements
Expanded Export Options: The “Export People” feature now includes columns for Ministries and Ministries Serving In, providing a clearer view of member involvement.
Custom Print Directory: Users can now include more profile fields in printed directories and adjust text formatting for a more polished look.
Accounting & Budgeting Improvements
Budget Export to Excel: Users can now export budgets directly to Excel, making financial reporting and analysis easier. This comes in addition to pre-existing .pdf exports.
Flexible Budget Periods: Budgets can now start or end in any selected month, offering greater flexibility in financial planning.
Payee Enhancements: Addresses can now be added to payee records, and payees can be assigned automatically when importing transactions using custom rules.
Appointments & Scheduling
New Visibility Settings: Appointment visibility settings now include a “Users” option, allowing church staff and servants to manage and access appointments efficiently.
Online Giving
- Multi-Currency Support: Members can now donate in multiple currencies, being able to choose their preferred one while giving to your church online. This feature is partially available and will be gradually rolled out for full availability soon.
Member Portal Customization
App Builder Layout Options: You can now choose between vertical and horizontal layouts for the Blog and Upcoming Events sections. The Upcoming Events card in horizontal layout can also display event images, improving the portal’s visual appeal.
